Utilities are billed separately using a Ratio Utility Billing System (RUBS). This means that instead of each unit having its own meter, we divide the total utility costs among residents based on factors like unit size or number of occupants. RUBS allows for a fair and consistent way to share expenses while encouraging conservation.
